Shipping & Order Services


Nationwide Shipping

Select items are available for shipping anywhere in the U.S. Nationwide Shipping orders can be placed through Goldbelly. Items available for shipping are made-to-order and ship Tuesday through Friday from our Philadelphia location. Orders placed after 10AM on Fridays will ship out the following week.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, overseas military addresses and P.O. Boxes.


In-store Pickup

Most of our items are available for in-store pickup. Pickup is available Tuesday through Sunday, between 10AM and 4PM. Place an online order for in-store pickup and items will be ready for you when you arrive.

Same-day pickup orders have a 3-hour turnaround time. After you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary and details. Please arrive no sooner than 3 hours from the time you placed your order for same day pickups.

Pickup orders can be scheduled for a later date and time within available store hours.

ALLERGENS

Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, etc. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.


Same day delivery

Local delivery options are available to select zip codes through our delivery partners, Caviar, Mercato, Postmates & Grubhub. Please note, same day delivery is available Tuesday through Sunday, between 10AM–4PM.


Gift Cards

Physical gift cards are available in increments of $25, $50 and $100. They can be ordered online for in-store pickup. Physical gift cards are also available for in-store purchase.

*Please note: Unfortunately at this time gift cards are not able to be redeemed online. Gift cards can be redeemed for in-store purchases only. 

Gift cards are not able to be replaced if lost or stolen and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Corporate Orders

Need to place 10+ orders to ship to unique addresses? Fill out the Contact Us Form to get in touch with an order representative to place your order. Please note each shipment will incur a flat-rate shipping charge.

How To Submit Names and Addresses:
After you have placed your order with one of our representatives, they will ask you to submit shipping details via email. Please download our Corporate Order Form CSV Template and follow the sample formatting to submit your gift messages, names and address.

For order volumes less than10, please place separate individual orders through our website.


Refund Policy

Given the perishable nature of our products, Isgro Pastries does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for the return, exchange or refund is the result of an error in our production, packaging, or handling of the product.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to isgropastries1904@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will quickly find you a resolution.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping or delivery partners due to weather, inaccurate shipping information or similar reasons outside of our control. That said, we know how important if is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations for exceptional circumstances.

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

 You’ll receive an automated email within 24 hours after you abandon your shopping cart, if all of the following occur:

  1. You enter your email address at checkout, or are logged into your customer account.

  2. You add a product which is in stock to your shopping cart.

You can unsubscribe from these messages at the bottom of the email.
